Carolin Eidner (Artist) in conversation with Nada Rosa Schroer (Curator)

Info: We invite friends of the Bochum space, collectors, press, artists, and visitors from the past year to come together for a drink and an informal gathering at the gallery. The afternoon is meant as a moment to celebrate the community that has formed around the space during its first year and to look back on the many encounters, exhibitions, and conversations that have taken place here. On the occasion of her exhibition The Great Surrender, Carolin Eidner will be in conversation with Nada Rosa Schroer about the theme of surrender as an artistic stance, its possible connection to a female gaze, and her artistic process. Nada Rosa Schroer is a curator and cultural anthropologist with a research focus on hydrofeminist and posthuman artistic practices. Visitors will also have the opportunity to see the current exhibition Three Rooms, featuring works by Carolin Eidner, Ornela Vorpsi and Robert Elfgen. Whether for the first time or on a return visit – everyone is welcome. (…) Artist Talk with Carolin Eidner and Nada Rosa Schroer at 3:30 pm.
