Info: 20 years ago the world was forever changed by the events that took place on 9/11 in New York City. The horrors of those attacks led to a retaliation which developed into a 20 year war in Afghanistan. Sean Hemmerle traveled to Iraq and Afghanistan to create portraits of THEM in 2002 and 2003. In memory of 9/11 we are showing 4 selected works from THEM on the facade of our new gallery space in Cologne. The works are printed 2.5 meters high and are hung on the outside of the building.
