Curated by Melissa Newbery-Welcome, the exhibition will present important new positions from the London scene, featuring Joe Cool, Mattia MacCarthy, Cato, and Melissa Newbery Welcome. Conceived as a project that gathers works made in reaction to artists having their hair messed with, the exhibition will feature newly produced paintings, sculptures and videos works to edutain the audience of Dusseldorf. Incorporating the smooth airbrush style from artists of self taught, non arts educated background, their individual points of view will eclipse the room with soul power to celebrate the spirit of the new black power movement happening in the West.
